## Seat Limits

The number of users you can invite depends on your plan. If you've reached your seat limit, you have two options before you can send more invites:

* **Add more seats** — upgrade your seat count from **Settings → Billing & Usage**
* **Remove inactive users** — deactivate users who no longer need access to free up seats

<Tip>
  Only active users count toward your seat limit. Deactivating a user immediately frees up their seat, so you can invite someone new without increasing your plan cost.
</Tip>
