## Get Up and Running

  <Step title="Set up your workspace">
    Follow your invite link, complete the signup form, and configure your workspace name and industry. See [What is Connekt?](/getting-started/what-is-connekt).

  <Step title="Invite your team">
    Go to **Settings → Manage Users** and invite colleagues with the right role for their responsibilities.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add your first records">
    Create a Company, add a Job, then add a Candidate. Link them together and submit the candidate to the role. See the [Quick Start guide](/getting-started/quick-start).

  <Step title="Record your first placement">
    Once a candidate reaches Offer Accepted or Hired status, convert the submission to a Placement to track fees, splits, and invoicing.
