Connekt gives you two complementary ways to understand what’s happening in your workspace: a detailed per-record history on every individual record, and a workspace-level audit log for administrators who need broader visibility. Together they cover the range from “what happened on this specific candidate?” to “what activity has been happening across the whole workspace?”

Per-record History tab

Every Candidate, Job, Placement, and Company record includes a History tab that automatically logs every significant change made to that record. What it tracks:
  • Status changes
  • Submissions added or updated
  • Placements created or modified
  • Stage movements through your pipeline
What you’ll see for each entry:
  • The specific change that was made
  • Which team member made the change
  • The date and time it happened
The History tab is the most reliable place to answer questions like “when did this candidate’s status change?” or “who moved this job to Closed?” — go here first when you need to understand what happened on a specific record.

Workspace-level Audit Log

For a broader view of activity across your entire workspace, administrators can access the Audit Log.
Accessing the Audit Log requires system_administration permission. This is available to Super Administrator and Administrator roles by default.

Open the Audit Log

Go to Settings → Audit Log.

Review workspace activity

The Audit Log provides high-level visibility into actions taken across the workspace, giving admins an overview of what’s been happening beyond what’s visible on any single record.
If your organisation needs a detailed, exportable, field-level “before vs. after” change log across every entity — for example, for compliance or audit purposes — contact Connekt support to confirm what’s currently available on your plan. This is an area of the product that is actively evolving.
