Only PDF files are supported for e-signing. If your document is in another format, convert it to PDF before uploading.

Name the document

Tracking signing progress
After sending, open the document’s detail page to see a real-time view of who has signed and who is still pending. You can resend the signing link to any signer who hasn’t acted yet — click Resend next to their name in the signers list.Downloading the completed document
Once every signer has completed the document, its status changes to Completed. From the document detail page you can download:- The final signed PDF — a copy of the document with all signatures applied.
- The certificate of completion — an audit trail confirming who signed and when.
Documents that have been fully signed cannot be edited or resent. If corrections are needed, duplicate the document and start a fresh signing request.
