The Connekt mobile app brings your full recruitment workspace to your phone or tablet, available for both iOS and Android. It connects to the same backend as the web app, which means your data is always in sync — anything you do on mobile appears instantly on the web, and vice versa. There’s no separate mobile database to manage and nothing falls out of step between devices.
The mobile app is currently rolling out and may not yet be publicly listed on the App Store or Google Play for your organisation. Ask your workspace admin how to get access and install it on your device.

What You Can Do from the App

The mobile app is a full-featured companion to the web — not a cut-down version. Here’s what’s available:

Account & Security

Sign in with multi-factor authentication, and reset your password if needed.

Dashboard & Metrics

View your dashboard and key performance metrics on the go.

CRM Records

Browse and manage Candidates, Companies, Contacts, and Jobs.

Pipeline & Placements

Work the Pipeline and manage Placements from anywhere.

Documents

View, upload, and sign Documents — including scanning paper documents with your camera.

Meetings

Join and review Meetings, including Notetaker-generated summaries.

AI Assistant

Use the AI chat assistant for quick lookups and guidance.

Time Off

Submit and track Time Off requests without opening a browser.

Setting Up Push Notifications

Push notifications keep you updated on the things that matter — new submissions, pipeline updates, approvals, and more.
1

Install the app

Download and install the Connekt app on your device following the instructions from your workspace admin.
2

Sign in with your Connekt credentials. MFA is supported if your workspace requires it.
3

Allow notifications

When prompted by your device, tap Allow to enable push notifications for the Connekt app. If you missed the prompt, go to your device’s Settings → Notifications → Connekt and enable them manually.
If you’re not receiving notifications you expect, check that notifications are enabled for the Connekt app in your device’s system settings — it’s easy to accidentally dismiss the initial permission prompt.
