What Happens When Your Trial Ends

When your 14-day trial is coming to a close, Connekt sends you reminder emails in the days leading up to expiry so you’re not caught off guard. At expiry, you’ll be prompted to choose a paid plan. If you don’t upgrade, your workspace becomes inactive and your team will lose access until you subscribe.

Your Data Is Always Safe

All the candidates, jobs, placements, and documents you created during your trial are fully preserved when you upgrade to a paid plan. Nothing is deleted when your trial ends — your data simply waits for you until you’re ready to continue.
Even if your workspace becomes inactive after trial expiry, your data remains intact. You can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan, and everything will be exactly as you left it.
