Every search you run from the Connekt search bar is automatically tracked, so you can get back to a recent lookup in seconds without needing to remember exactly what you typed or manually bookmark anything. This is especially handy when you’re repeatedly checking in on the same candidate or client throughout the day — your search history acts as a quick-access list of your recent activity.
1

Click the search bar

Click the search bar in the top navigation or at the top of any list view.
2

The Search History dropdown appears automatically, showing your most recent queries.

Tips

Your search history is private. It’s visible only to you — your team cannot see what you’ve searched for. You can look things up freely without worrying about it appearing in anyone else’s view.
Best used for recurring lookups. Search history is most valuable when you’re returning to the same candidate, client, or contact multiple times in a session — for example, tracking a candidate through their interview process or monitoring a client account through a busy period.
Saved filters aren’t available yet. If you have a structured, reusable filter combination — for example, “Active London contractors” — there’s no dedicated saved-filter feature at the moment. Apply your filters directly on the list view each time you need them.
