Tracking Goal Progress
Once a Goal is set, anyone in the workspace can check progress from the dashboard.- Go to Dashboard.
- Find the Goal Progress card.
- Progress is displayed as a percentage of actual revenue against the target — for example, “74% of goal reached.”
Metric Targets
Metric Targets are granular KPI benchmarks set on a per-user basis. They let you define what “good” looks like for each person — for example, a target of 4 placements per month or £50,000 revenue per quarter.Setting Metric Targets
Only admins can create or update Metric Targets.

Go to Settings → Metric Targets.

Create a new target

Viewing Metric Targets
Targets are surfaced in context so they’re always visible alongside real performance data.- Individual users see their own targets on their personal dashboard under the Individual Metrics cards. Each card shows the actual value alongside the target, colour-coded for instant interpretation:
- 🟢 Green — on track or exceeding the target
- 🟡 Amber — approaching but not yet at target
- 🔴 Red — below target
- Managers see their team members’ targets and actuals in the Team view, making it easy to spot who needs support at a glance.
